Job4Migrants Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Program Overview
The Job4Migrants Affiliate Program ("Program") enables approved affiliates ("Affiliates" or "Partners") to earn commissions by referring new paying customers to Job4Migrants. Participation in this Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. Eligibility
- Affiliates must be at least 18 years old
- Currently open to U.S.-based affiliates only
- Affiliates must have legitimate promotional channels (website, social media, email list, or professional network)
- Job4Migrants reserves the right to approve, reject, or terminate affiliate accounts at its sole discretion
3. Commission Structure
Commission Rate: 30% of customer subscription payments
Commission Duration: Up to 12 consecutive months per referred customer
Commission Examples:
- Service Provider ($15/month): $4.50/month x 12 = $54 total
- Employer Essential ($39/month): $11.70/month x 12 = $140 total
- Employer Growth ($69/month): $20.70/month x 12 = $248 total
- Employer Pro ($99/month): $29.70/month x 12 = $356 total
Pending Period: Commissions become payable 30 days after customer's initial payment to account for refunds, chargebacks, and free trial conversions.
Payment Terms:
- Minimum payout threshold: $50
- Payment methods: PayPal or Wise
- Payment schedule: Monthly on the 1st of each month
- Affiliates must provide valid payment information
Commission Termination: Commissions cease after 12 months or when the customer cancels their subscription, whichever occurs first.
Upgrades/Downgrades: If a customer upgrades or downgrades their plan, commission adjusts to 30% of the new subscription amount for remaining months.
4. Attribution & Tracking
Cookie Duration: 90 days
Attribution Method: Last-click attribution. If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, credit is assigned to the affiliate whose link was clicked most recently before conversion.
Coupon Codes: Approved coupon codes are attributed to the affiliate to whom the code was assigned.
Tracking: All referrals are tracked via Rewardful, a third-party affiliate platform. Affiliates can view their referrals, clicks, conversions, and commissions in real-time through their dashboard.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Affiliates can view:
- Anonymized transaction data (plan type, subscription amount, conversion date)
- Their own performance metrics (clicks, conversions, commission totals)
Affiliates cannot view:
- Customer names, email addresses, or personal information
- Any customer data beyond what is necessary to track commissions
Job4Migrants complies with applicable data protection laws and does not share customer personal information with affiliates.
6. Permitted Promotional Activities
Affiliates may promote Job4Migrants through:
- Personal or professional websites and blogs
- Email newsletters (non-spam)
- Social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Community groups and forums (where permitted by group rules)
- Paid advertising (with restrictions noted below)
- Word-of-mouth recommendations
7. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
Misleading Claims:
- Claiming Job4Migrants provides immigration services or legal advice
- Making false promises about guaranteed job placement or income
- Misrepresenting pricing, features, or service availability
Brand Bidding:
- Bidding on "Job4Migrants" or any variant as a paid search keyword
- Using Job4Migrants trademarks in domain names or paid ad copy without written permission
Self-Referrals:
- Using your own affiliate link to purchase subscriptions for yourself or related parties
- Creating accounts to artificially generate commissions
Spam & Fraud:
- Sending unsolicited mass emails (spam)
- Cookie stuffing or forced clicks
- Incentivized clicks without disclosure
- Click fraud or bot traffic
- False advertising
Illegal Activity:
- Promoting Job4Migrants for illegal job postings or immigration fraud
- Violating any local, state, or federal laws in promotional activities
8. Intellectual Property
Job4Migrants grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Job4Migrants trademarks and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Program.
Affiliates must:
- Use provided marketing materials as-is without alteration
- Discontinue use immediately upon termination from the Program
- Never imply endorsement, partnership, or agency relationship beyond affiliate status
9. Refunds & Chargebacks
If a referred customer receives a refund or initiates a chargeback:
- Unpaid commissions related to that transaction will be voided
- Job4Migrants will not claw back commissions already paid to affiliates
- Repeated refunds or chargebacks from an affiliate's referrals may result in account review or termination
10. Account Termination
By Affiliate:
Affiliates may terminate participation at any time by contacting support@job4migrants.com. Earned commissions will be paid according to normal schedule.
By Job4Migrants:
Job4Migrants reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account immediately for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity or suspicious traffic patterns
- Misrepresentation of Job4Migrants services
- Failure to comply with promotional guidelines
- Any activity deemed harmful to Job4Migrants' brand or operations
Post-Termination: Upon termination, all unpaid but validly earned commissions remain payable. Access to affiliate dashboard and promotional materials will be revoked.
11. Independent Contractor Status
Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents of Job4Migrants. Affiliates:
- Are responsible for their own taxes
- Receive 1099 forms if earnings exceed $600 annually (U.S. affiliates)
- Have no authority to bind Job4Migrants to any agreement
- Are not entitled to employee benefits
12. Limitation of Liability
Job4Migrants is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost profits or revenue
- Technical issues, downtime, or tracking errors
- Third-party platform failures (including Rewardful, PayPal, or Wise)
Maximum liability is limited to unpaid commissions owed to the affiliate.
13. Modifications to Terms
Job4Migrants reserves the right to modify these Terms, commission rates, or Program structure at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:
- Email to registered affiliates
- Notice in affiliate dashboard
- Update posted at www.job4migrants.com/affiliate-terms
Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must terminate your participation.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Job4Migrants and the Affiliate regarding the Program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
