General Questions

Job4Migrants is an AI-powered platform that connects migrants with job opportunities and local services. We combine employment opportunities with a service marketplace in one place and use language-aware matching to help people find relevant options without agency fees.
Unlike traditional job boards, our AI ranks job roles by skills, language, location, and pay—not just keywords. We also offer an Application Copilot that auto-fills forms to save time, transparent salary ranges shown upfront, and a Service Marketplace for local services like legal help, cleaning, moving, and childcare.
Job4Migrants is currently available throughout the United States. We are a Florida-based company, governed by Florida law. We are actively growing our user base and expanding our reach across the country.
The platform interface is available in English, Russian, Spanish, Ukrainian, Portuguese, and Romanian. Job, service, and article content created by employers, providers, or authors may remain in its original language.
You can create a profile and browse opportunities without providing documents. However, employers may require work authorization verification during the hiring process.

For Job Seekers

Yes, Job4Migrants is completely FREE for job seekers—always. You can create your profile, get matched to relevant jobs, apply to unlimited positions, receive job alerts, and message employers at no cost. We never charge job seekers, and we don't take any commission from your wages. Ever.
Click "Sign Up" and select "Job Seeker." Fill out your profile with your skills, languages, availability, desired pay range, and location. You can upload your CV to help employers learn more about you. The more complete your profile, the better your AI-powered matches will be.
Our AI-powered matching system analyzes your profile—skills, languages, location, and pay expectations—and ranks job opportunities based on how well they fit you. You'll see the most relevant positions first, with transparent salary ranges (e.g., "$17 - $20/hr") shown upfront so you know what to expect.
The Application Copilot is a feature that auto-fills application forms to save you time on repetitive typing. Instead of entering the same information over and over, the Copilot uses your profile data to speed up the application process.
Yes. You can search for employment and offer services such as cleaning, cooking, tutoring, handyman work, or professional services. Offering services requires a Service Provider subscription; an introductory trial may be available to eligible first-time customers.
That's okay! Many positions on Job4Migrants are entry-level and value skills, languages, and availability over extensive experience. Focus on completing your profile fully and highlighting what you can offer. Our AI matching helps connect you with employers who are looking for exactly what you bring.

Jobs & Applications

Most job listings on our platform are open to anyone legally authorized to work in the US. Work authorization requirements vary by employer and role. Always check the specific job posting and contact the employer directly about your eligibility.
Use the search and location filters to browse jobs in your area. Many employers on Job4Migrants actively hire multilingual and internationally experienced candidates. Read each job description carefully for work authorization requirements.
New jobs are added daily from employers and partner sources. The listings are refreshed every few hours, so you'll always see the latest openings.
Yes. Many employers value multilingual candidates, and some jobs specifically require Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, or other languages. Highlight your language skills in your profile.
Not for every job. Many entry-level positions and migrant-friendly employers accept candidates with international experience. Focus on jobs that list "0-1 years experience" or mention training programs.
Texas, California, Florida, New York, and Illinois have the highest concentration of migrant-friendly employers. Trucking, healthcare, and construction are top industries nationwide.

Salaries & Data

All salary figures come from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (OEWS) program. This is the official US government source for wage data, updated annually.
BLS OEWS surveys cover 1.1 million US establishments and 57 million jobs. The percentiles (10th, 25th, median, 75th, 90th) reflect real reported wages. Individual employer offers will vary.
BLS OEWS captures base hourly and annual wages. It does not include tips, overtime pay, or end-of-year bonuses, so your total compensation may be higher than the median shown.
Use the city breakdown on each salary page to see median pay by metro area. Combine this with our cost-of-living data to calculate real purchasing power — a $60,000 salary in a low-cost state can go further than $80,000 in San Francisco.
Healthcare (surgeons, dentists, anesthesiologists), tech (software engineers, data scientists), and finance (investment bankers, actuaries) consistently have the highest median salaries. Skilled trades and transportation also pay well.

Cost of Living

Our cost-of-living index covers housing (rent and utilities), groceries, transportation, healthcare, and taxes. These are the same components used in US Consumer Price Index calculations.
Real value adjusts a salary for local cost of living. A $70,000 job in a low-cost city often has higher real value than a $90,000 job in an expensive metro — after rent, taxes, and daily expenses.
Cities in Texas (San Antonio, Houston), Tennessee (Memphis, Nashville), Ohio (Columbus, Cleveland), and smaller Southern and Midwestern metros typically have the lowest cost of living relative to wages.
A higher nominal salary doesn't always mean more money in your pocket. After housing, taxes, and daily expenses, a smaller salary in an affordable city can leave you with more disposable income than a larger salary in an expensive one.
We use public data from the US Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) Regional Price Parities, BLS Consumer Price Index, and Census Bureau housing statistics. All sources are US government official data.
