Description
Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in Idaho. We are looking for a Title Clerk to join the accounting team. The pay is $22.00-26.00 an hour. Schedule will be Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm.

Duties for this position include:
Processing registrations for all vehicles, license plate issuing, and transfers, ensuring completeness on all required forms
Verifying funds have been collected and payoffs completed
Maintaining titles and MSOs for inventory
Updating status reports to various dealers of any missing or outstanding titles
Scanning documents at a high level of proficiency
Making sure all files are filed correctly
Maintaining paper files in an organized manner
Working conditions are indoors, in an office environment, spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.

Requirements
Accounting experience required; accounting education preferred
Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
Intermediate user of Excel
Ability to ten-key by touch
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent time management skills
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail an accuracy
Intermediate accounting knowledge
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Ability to prioritize job duties to meet deadlines
