JOB POSTING: HOUSEKEEPER Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Housekeeper at 52 TEN.    As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service.   Responsibilities  * Clean and maintain vacant units for leasing, main office, recreational rooms, models, restrooms and laundry facilities daily. * Maintain inventories of cleaning supplies and equipment on hand and notify the Maintenance Supervisor of items to order. * Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.   Qualifications   * One year of housekeeping experience in Property Management or a similar position * High school diploma or equivalent, preferred * Valid Driver’s License   Required Testing * Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR   Position Type  * Pay negotiable based on certifications and experience. * Full-time  * Competitive pay & benefits (including healthcare & 401k)   Position Location * Austin, TX; Reporting: directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.    Choose EMBREY:      Join an industry-leading team where we believe our people are our most important investment.
