Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. How you’ll contribute   A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who excels in this role:  * Perform basic patient care tasks including bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance. * Provide general nursing support such as positioning, lifting, turning, and using special equipment. * Assist with toileting needs using bedpans, urinals, commodes, or ambulation to the bathroom. * Take and record temperature, pulse, respiration, weight, height, blood pressure, and intake/output measurements accurately and document in a timely manner. * Prepare patient rooms for admission and transfer, ensuring cleanliness and equipment readiness. * Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment with attention to ventilation and lighting. * Support patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures, including handling of patient belongings. * Answer patient call lights, phones, and pages, responding promptly and appropriately. * Perform other related duties as assigned.   What we’re looking for  Applicants should demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a healthcare environment. Additional requirements include:  * Completion of a nursing assistant training course. * Minimum six months of experience in an acute care or long-term care setting preferred. * Current state certification as a Nursing Assistant. * CPR/BCLS certification required.   Schedule: Per Diem (PRN) Why join us  We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
