Key Responsibilities: * Manage and process both physical and electronic vehicle title documents, including applications, transfers, and lien releases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. * Verify the authenticity of title documents, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth title transfers and registrations. * Provide outstanding support to customers, dealerships, and internal staff on title-related questions and issues, solving problems as they arise. * Stay up-to-date with state and federal title regulations to maintain compliance and keep accurate records of all processed titles. * Collaborate with various departments such as finance and sales, as well as external agencies like the DMV, to facilitate title processing. * Operate title processing software and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring systems run smoothly. * Generate and analyze reports on title processing metrics, offering insights for process improvements. * Maintain a valid notary license and ensure adherence to all legal requirements. Qualifications: * A valid notary license * Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. * In-depth knowledge of vehicle title regulations and compliance requirements. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle discrepancies in paperwork. * Effective communication and customer service skills. * Proficiency with title processing software and related office technology. * Experience in a similar role or knowledge of vehicle title processes is a plus.
