The Warehouse Coordinator position performs various administrative
responsibilities related to Inbound Receiving and Outbound Shipping Department.
Maintains timely and accurate records on loads, items, quantities, and vendors.
Covers inbound unloading, labeling, scanning, processing paperwork, assigning
trailers to both inbound and outbound doors.
Essential Functions (not all inclusive):
* Prepares and maintains accurate inbound receipt and outbound shipping
paperwork
* Proficient in the use of various support systems, PKMS, Outlook, Excel etc.
* Performs daily data input into PKMS
* Researches and resolves inbound vendor issues to ensure timely and accurate
receipts
* Generates labels, and supporting documentation, creates receiving packets
* Generates department receiving reports daily
* Ensures accuracy of receiving packets, and supporting documentation
* Assists unloaders assigned to unloading inbound receipt trailers
* Troubleshoots inbound receiving and outbound shipping issues
* Assists Operations Supervisors, Leads, unloaders and loaders as needed
* Provides timely and accurate communications to both internal WCDC and
external GC, MF, M&A customers via face to face, phone, or email.
* Maintains a safe work area and adheres to Company Safety and housekeeping
procedures
* Additional job responsibilities as assigned.
The incumbent performs the required tasks independently. The incumbent may
perform duties in the areas of technical support, design and analysis, and can
be required to make recommendations. The person holding such a position may also
exercise supervisory responsibilities, but not on a regular and ongoing basis.
Work is performed under the general supervision of an immediate supervisor, who
reviews the completed work in order to assess the degree of judgment and
compliance with standards.

* Must be flexible to working overtime, which is sometimes mandatory

To join our band, you'll need the following experience:
* High School Diploma or equivalency required.
* 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably within a distribution center
or warehouse.
* Operate various types of equipment in the warehouse, including RF Scanners,
Electric Pallet Jack, and Forklift.
* Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook).
* Proficiency with standard business applications such as the internet and
email with the aptitude to learn systems used in an automated warehouse
environment (PkMS, Smart Info, etc.).
* Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word
processing, managing files and records, spreadsheet creation, and other
office procedures and terminology.
* Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.

Pay Rate: $21.50/hr.
