Front Desk Supervisor | DoubleTree by Hilton Huntington

We're seeking a friendly, dependable Front Desk Supervisor to assist in leading our front office team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise daily front desk operations and support the front office team. * Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. * Assist with check-in/check-out, guest payments, and cash handling procedures. * Maintain knowledge of room availability, rates, hotel amenities, and local attractions. * Ensure the front desk and lobby remain clean, organized, and welcoming. * Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts, as needed. * Perform other duties as assigned.   Qualifications: * At least 1 year of hotel front desk experience; supervisory experience preferred. * Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. * High school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
