DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY
To function as a team lead of the quality department facilitating corrections of
processes, performance, and quality issues
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
•Maintain standard 5S expectations
•Represent department supervisor and/or manager in a professional manner
•Provide process and/or product related liaison support between team members and
other departments
•Direct employees on inspection and testing, to assure company policies,
procedures, processes, and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations are
followed
•Maintain records and review weekly to ensure they are completed correctly using
GDP.
•Ensure supervisor/manager is aware of requests or inquiries from other
departments
•Provide first line of defense for process related issues
•Review quality instructions, specifications, and production schedules to
determine the best method of conducting inspections and tests
•Coach team members in the skills needed to perform work in a quality and
cost-effective manner
•Perform on-the-job training in a professional and timely manner
•Conduct a daily review of nonconforming product
•Maintain and update the deviation log and files
•Identify out-of-tolerance conditions and perform necessary corrective action
•Work effectively with all departments to exceed internal and external
expectations
•Stealth Products retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other

REQUIRED SKILLS
•Must be a team player, professional, detail-oriented, and honest
Must have the ability to:
•Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
•Work independently with minimal guidance, and apply good time management,
organizational, and decision-making skills
•Adapt to existing inspection equipment, standards, and techniques to accomplish
unique measurement tasks for which they are not principally used
•Apply measurement principles to specific problems in determining root cause and
preventative action
•Utilize standard and advanced measuring and test equipment
•Read, interpret, and follow instructions, policies, procedures, process
guidelines, and blueprints
•Guide, direct, and motivate staff
•Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
Must have:
•Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Excellent mathematical skills to resolve measurement related problems
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
•4 years of experience in a quality control environment
•2 years of experience with supervising at least 5 staff members
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
•Current or previous successful employment experience with Stealth Products
(directly, independently or through a third party)
REQUIRED EDUCATION
•High School Diploma or GED
PREFERRED EDUCATION
•Associate or bachelor’s degree in a quality related field
•American Society for Quality Control (ASQC) certification preferred
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
•Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
now, or in the future
