MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS  * Currently active unencumbered CNA certification in NJ. * High School graduate or GED required. * Experience with the geriatric population. * Ability to deal with others in a diplomatic, tactful and confidential manner. * Ability to read, write, and be understood in the English language. * Flu vaccine required during flu season.
