CAMP STORE ASSOCIATE Location: Pali Adventures Pay: $17.50/hour Spend your summer working in a fast-paced, high-energy camp environment at Pali Adventures [https://paliadventures.com/?utm_source=chatgpt.com]! We are looking for friendly, organized, and customer-focused team members to join our Camp Store team. This role is a combination of retail, customer service, and camper account support, helping create a positive experience for campers, families, and staff throughout the summer. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Provide excellent customer service to campers, parents, and staff * Process purchases, payments, refunds, and camper account transactions accurately * Set up and maintain camper/customer accounts and billing information * Assist families with account questions, balances, and payment inquiries * Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean and welcoming store environment * Prepare and distribute online and camper package orders accurately and efficiently * Handle cash, credit card, and debit transactions * Enter and update customer information in camp systems with accuracy * Support daily store operations and assist with inventory organization * Help resolve customer concerns in a professional and positive manner WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Strong customer service and communication skills * Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude * Comfortable working in a busy retail or hospitality environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to multitask and problem-solve * Basic computer and data entry experience * Reliable, responsible, and professional * Previous retail, cashier, camp, or customer service experience is a plus WHY WORK AT PALI? * Fun and energetic summer camp environment * Opportunity to work with a supportive team * Build customer service, retail, and leadership experience * Beautiful mountain location with a unique camp community * Make a positive impact on campers’ summer experience This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of an exciting summer camp atmosphere.
