Pay rate will be $19.00 per hour
Full-time position working 37.5 hours per week - Monday through Friday only (no nights or weekends)
Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children? Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). As a RBT, you'll provide individualized services to children with a medical necessity for treatment using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You'll implement learning programs, collect behavioral data, and support behavior intervention plans. When not working one-on-one, you'll execute group therapy, assist with baseline observations, and provide school readiness tutoring.
A Snapshot of What You’ll Be Doing:
Observe and measure behavior in clinic settings to support behavior change
Gather behavioral data to track progress of behavioral objectives
Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs using DTT, incidental teaching, and verbal behavior instruction
Support teachers with general behavior management
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required; BA/BS in psychology, social work, special education, or related field preferred
Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and work effectively with young children
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Medicaid Provider Number
